A 5-week registered for anyone who is newly postpartum or who would like to learn techniques to properly and effectively connect with their core.

Because finding the fun in life is all about balance!
This class is dedicated to focusing on using the core through breath, connection, balance, and alignment. We really slow things down so that you feel each sensation through the movements and find a deeper connection. We use exercise balls, single-limb exercises, and other tools to give you a full body workout with lots of sneaky core!
This low impact class is suitable for all women at all stages and seasons of life.

This hybrid class brings together balance, stability, strength, and interval training!
One portion of the class will slow down your movements to connect with breath, alignment, and core.
Then, we will turn up the heat and increase the intensity for interval-style bursts.
You will leave this class feeling energized and refreshed!
This class is suitable for women at all stages of life. Modifications will be given for pregnancy and postpartum, as required.

Being active while pregnant promotes better rest, lessens discomforts, and can help prevent pregnancy-related illness. Exercise can help prepare for birth, assist in postpartum recovery, and improve psychological health! It even benefits baby!
Prenatal Fit is tailored for the ever-changing pregnant body and will challenge you physically, while preparing you mentally for the birth of your baby and motherhood.
This class is designed for all trimesters with adjustments taken as necessary.

The HIIT sessions will increase your heart rate, get your blood flowing, and leave you feel refreshed!
A variety of equipment is used, including dumbbells. Variations are provided for all stages and seasons.
The Strength sessions will challenge your muscles and wake your mind. We will use heavier weights to connect and build on your already strong foundation. Let's do this together!
The Mobility & Core sessions provide release and connection through our bodies while finding just the right amount of challenge.

Life is full! We know that sneaking in physical movement can be tough. So, let's sweat and move efficiently while having fun together!
30 minutes of sweaty training + 15 minutes of glowing release
We heat things up with a super sweaty 30-minute interval-style workout that will tone and strengthen your entire body. Then, we take the final 15 minutes to mobilize, stretch, and release.
Sweat & Glow is open to all stages, phases, and fitness levels! Prenatal and postpartum variations will be provided!

Moving your body is fun! Kid Fit is a class for kids, by kids!
Brooke will lead you through a fun workout with moves that she loves. This class will have you sweating and smiling!
