Because finding the fun in life is all about balance! This class is dedicated to focusing on using the core through balance and posture alignment. We will use exercise balls, single-limb exercises, and other tools to give you a full body workout with lots of sneaky core! This low impact class is suitable for all women, no matter their stage in life.
Keep active as a new mom while learning how to incorporate baby into your fitness routine! Parents who are active are more likely to have active children, and it's never too early to be a healthy role model! Your body went through an amazing process creating a new life. Fit Your Life's Mom & Me-style classes will focus on reshaping your postpartum body and make you feel stronger than ever before!
Keep fit as a family! This class is extremely fun and meant for the entire family! Your spouse will have fun experiencing Fit Your Life workouts first hand and your Littles will enjoy the sweaty family fun! How it works … the client [aka Mom] uses a pass or registers with her one-month unlimited pass and can bring her “other half” for free! All Littles are welcome to this class.
Mom Life is a rush, just like this class. We will lead you through a super sweaty 30-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) style workout that will tone and strengthen your entire body. The final 15 minutes will be dedicated to allowing your body to relax and stretch deeply so you are ready to handle everything that mom life throws your way. This class is designed for women who are preconception or a minimum of 4 months postpartum (and/or cleared for high impact activity*).
Ready to get sweaty? Blast your body with this high intensity class that will challenge you physically, while increasing your self-confidence and overall feeling of well-being. Each class will strengthen and tone by working the entire body in a fun and energetic atmosphere! This class is designed for women who are preconception or a minimum of 6 months postpartum (and/or who have been cleared for high impact activity*).
This one's for you Dads! Are you at stay-at-home dad or have a flexible schedule and looking for a fun way to stay active with your Little(s)? Our new Signature Class, Fit Dad HIIT, gives you the opportunity to stay accountable, find community, and get a great sweat. This class is open to men of all fitness levels. Littles of all ages are welcome.

Evening classes are reserved for you to take time for yourself and enjoy an uninterrupted workout.
Hypopressives are a form of low-pressure fitness to retrain the body’s core mechanism using a form of postures and breath work.
They capitalize on using the whole body’s fascial system to recruit muscles of the pelvic floor, abdominal wall and respiratory diaphragm so that they work synergistically and automatically. The program is designed to retrain the inner core so that there is an increase in muscle tone to help treat and prevent low back pain, postural dysfunctions, and pelvic health dysfunctions including incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
This 4-week series is suitable for women of all stages of life.

This class is designed to help you reconnect with this system that incorporates your abdominal, pelvic floor, and low back muscles. By increasing your understanding of how they work together, you will learn how to maximize efficiency when firing and relaxing this system and why both are equally important!
This 4-week registered series is perfect for anyone who is newly postpartum or who would like to learn techniques to properly and effectively connect with their core.

Yoga is the wonderful practice of bringing together mind, body, and breath through stillness and movement.
Enjoy this beautiful practice alongside your new baby. Within each class, you will move through a series of postures to focus on connecting with your healing body, while also incorporating your Little. Balance, strength, and movement are integral to this season of motherhood.
This practice is suitable for all fitness levels, with focused modifications for healing pelvic floor and core.
This class is designed for a minimum of 8 weeks and up to 6 months postpartum (or non-mobile babies).
