Yoga

Fit Mom Yoga

Yoga is the wonderful practice of bringing together mind, body, and breath through stillness and movement. 


Within each class, you will move through a series of postures to focus on connecting breath to movement, building strength and flexibility, while learning how to soften. Balance, strength, and movement are integral to every season of motherhood and this is your opportunity to explore your practice with the chaos alongside you (daytime) or leave the chaos at home (evening). For our evening practice, we will alternate with a flow-style and restorative-style. The first Wednesday of each month is restorative-style!


Flow-style - A movement-based practice, focusing on connecting breath to postures while building strength and flexibility. Each class we will work toward a fun and challenging peak posture or sequence. Modifications will be offered to be accessible to all.


Restorative-style - The perfect way to end your day. Postures will be supported and comfortable with the assistance of props. Come prepared to relax and unwind and leave ready to tuck yourself into bed for a blissful nights sleep. 

 
This practice is suitable for all fitness levels, with focused modifications for healing pelvic floor and core.

Mom & Baby Yoga

Enjoy this beautiful practice alongside your new baby. Within each class, you will move through a series of postures to focus on connecting with your healing body, while also incorporating your Little. Balance, strength, and movement are integral to this season of motherhood.


This practice is suitable for all fitness levels, with focused modifications for healing pelvic floor and core and designed for a minimum of 8 weeks and up to 6 months postpartum (or non-mobile babies).

Prenatal Yoga

Enjoy this beautiful practice connecting with your ever-changing pregnant body. Balance, strength, movement, and softness are important in order to promote health throughout your pregnancy and as you prepare for labour, birth, and motherhood. Come to be guided through connection to breath, core, pelvic floor, and your growing baby/babies while meeting other expecting moms during this special time of your life!


This practice is suitable for all fitness levels. Variations will be offered for all trimesters.
