Everything is more fun when done together - including running - and we will keep each other motivated to chase our goals this season.
No matter if your goals are to simply get outside and into running or to achieve a new pace and distance, the support, encouragement, and motivation that will come with being a part of the FYL Team will keep you going!
The training consists of 2-4 runs per week (program dependent), full body workout suggestions, and flexibility training built-in.
We recommend having access to FYL On-Demand for the resistance training piece, however it's not a requirement.
